i’m not one to believe in fate, but this story has me reconsidering.
allegra and scott first met in high school while vacationing in mexico with their families. he’s from scotland, she’s from texas. they dated long distance for nearly two years, where scott would fly back and forth from scotland to the united states to visit allegra in college. a soccer scholarship brought him permanently state-side, and they’re now planning their dream wedding in scotland while both of them pursue med school. nicholas sparks couldn’t write a better love story.
these two were actually the first couple i ever photographed many years ago while scott was visiting allegra here in the states. we met up at circle c ranch metropolitan park in austin, and wandered around talking about life and love while they told me their story.
